Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern distance sales concluded via the website ladivine-paris.com between LA DIVINE (the "Seller") and any adult natural person or legal entity (the "Buyer"). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the Buyer.

Article 2 — Products

Products are described in the site's product pages with their essential characteristics, main ingredients, and price. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown separately at cart stage.

Article 4 — Orders

The Buyer selects products, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to payment after providing delivery information. For tiered cakes, a minimum lead time of 5 working days is required. A mobile phone number is mandatory for all orders, to reach the Buyer if needed.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments.

Article 6 — Delivery and pickup

Available options: free in-store pickup at 37 rue du Roi de Sicile, 75004 Paris, or courier delivery in Paris and Greater Paris.

Article 7 — Storage

Divines keep for 3 days, refrigerated or at room temperature, from delivery date.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh pastries.

However, La Divine accepts free-of-charge cancellation of any order, upon request to commande@ladivine-paris.com, until the order cut-off date and time applicable to the selected slot (as displayed at checkout). Beyond this deadline, as production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
